Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel before the investigation starts please contact us. We will review your request but after starting the investigation the service cannot be cancelled because our team is already working on your case.

Refund Policy

Because our investigation services are confidential payments are generally non-refundable once the investigation has started.

If your cancellation request is approved before we start the investigation you receive a refund after we review your request.

Changes to Services

If you want to change your service or request extra investigation work then extra charges will apply. We will inform you before starting the work.
